Happy February, readers! I am excited for this month because I am doing something: getting ready for my first cruise to Cozumel.
The first thing I did was search for the bag I’d use as a carry-on, a personal bag that would house a folder with all my documents and the documents I’d need. I located my passport and COVID-19 vaccination card and placed them in the folder currently in my carry-on.
I’m writing a travel series on my trip, with two scheduled out, one written in real-time and the rest I’ll write on the boat and when I return to Chicago. I am taking pictures for social media, and I want to get more of my book written while at sea when I’m not at the port on an excursion.
I just let out a surprise. I am writing a book. It’s been a dream of mine to have a book published since I was a kid. The working title is Smoke Break, and it’s about a woman who looks for love in the wrong places while taking a smoke break with a friend. One of the guys she encounters becomes the catalyst for a series of events that surround the protagonist, with results that are not expected. The release of the book is yet to be determined.
That is it for now. The kitchen needs to be cleaned, and Zora demands my attention. I’ll see you in the next post!
Thank you for your help and this post. It’s been great.
The articles you write help me a lot and I like the topic
